1. Purpose of this notice

This notice is maintained by Talzim to set realistic expectations about how the platform supports UAE workforce-compliance work. It is not legal advice and it is not a regulatory certification.

2. What Talzim is

Talzim is a workforce-compliance management platform for UAE-based SMEs. It helps HR, PRO and payroll teams keep company and employee records organised and act on time on recurring obligations.

  • Central register of company licences, establishment cards and tax registrations.
  • Employee records with expiry tracking for Emirates ID, passport, visa and labour cards.
  • PRO case workflow, WPS cycle tracking and exception logs.
  • Reminders, tasks, audit trail and reports.

3. What Talzim is not

Talzim does not submit on your behalf.

  • Talzim is not a MoHRE, ICP, GDRFA or WPS submission portal.
  • Talzim is not a bank, payroll bureau or PRO service. It does not disburse salaries, pay fees or file applications to any authority.
  • Talzim is not a legal, tax or accounting advisor. Reports and reminders are informational and must be reviewed by qualified staff before action.
  • Information extracted from uploaded documents (e.g. expiry dates) is best-effort automation and should be verified against the original document.

4. Customer responsibilities

  • Keep company and employee records accurate and up to date in the platform.
  • Confirm regulatory filings, payments and WPS submissions through the official authority channels and your bank.
  • Ensure that uploading employee documents to Talzim is permitted by your local laws and your employment agreements.
  • Configure user roles so that sensitive information is only accessible to those who need it.
  • Review reminders and reports before acting on them.

5. Regulatory references

Talzim references publicly known UAE frameworks including, without limitation, the Wage Protection System (WPS), MoHRE labour rules, ICP/GDRFA immigration processes, Corporate Tax (Federal Decree-Law No. 47 of 2022), VAT (Federal Decree-Law No. 8 of 2017) and the Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021).

References are provided for orientation only and do not constitute interpretation of the law. Authorities update their requirements; always rely on the latest official guidance.
