Talzim is operated by AL WASEL ALUMINIUM & GLASS CONT. through Reliant Nexus IT Solutions LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”), acting as the data controller of your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and safeguard your information and your organization’s workforce data when you use the Talzim platform and services.

2. Information We Collect

  • Account information: Your name, email address, mobile number, job title and the organization you represent when you create an account.
  • Company profile: Legal and trading names, trade licence details, MoHRE and Immigration establishment numbers, VAT TRN, Corporate Tax registration, and address.
  • Employee records: Employee profile data and compliance documents (Emirates ID, passport, visa, labour card, etc.) that you choose to upload.
  • Operational data: PRO cases, WPS cycles and exceptions, tasks, reminders and audit events generated by your team within the platform.
  • Usage data: Anonymous analytics about feature usage to help us improve the service.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide workforce-compliance, PRO, WPS and document management services.
  • To send compliance reminders, expiry alerts and account notifications.
  • To extract structured data from documents you upload (e.g. expiry dates).
  • To improve the platform through anonymized usage analytics.
  • To meet contractual, legal and regulatory obligations applicable to your account.

4. Data Privacy & Security

Tenant-isolated by default

Each company workspace is logically isolated through row-level security. Members of one company cannot access another company's data.

No public sharing

We do not publish or sell your data. There are no public profiles or shareable workspace links.

Encrypted storage

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Documents are stored in access-controlled cloud storage.

Your right to deletion

Workspace owners can request export and deletion of company and employee records. Approved deletions are permanent and audit-logged.

5. Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with trusted service providers and recipients necessary to operate the service:

  • Cloud hosting and authentication — to host your workspace and store your data securely.
  • Email delivery — to send verification, invitation and notification messages from info@reliantnexus.com.
  • Analytics — anonymized usage data to improve the product.
  • Payment processor (when paid plans are enabled) — to process subscriptions, manage tax and issue invoices.
  • Professional advisers and authorities — only where required by law.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data. Workspace owners and administrators can manage data through the Settings page.
