1. 15-day trial, no credit card required
Every Talzim workspace starts with a free 15-day trial. No payment information is required during the trial, so there is nothing to refund if you choose not to continue.
2. 14-day money-back guarantee on paid plans
If you upgrade to a paid plan and are not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your first paid invoice. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method.
3. Plan changes and cancellation
Upgrade or downgrade any time
You can change plans, add seats or switch billing cycle at any time. Upgrades are pro-rated. We do not charge switching fees.
Cancel any time — keep access until period end
When you cancel a paid plan, your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period. Your data remains available, in read-only mode if applicable, until you request export or deletion.
4. How to request a refund
Send a refund request from the email address used at checkout to info@reliantnexus.com and include your workspace name and invoice reference. We aim to respond within two business days.
