Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

Talzim is operated by AL WASEL ALUMINIUM & GLASS CONT. through Reliant Nexus IT Solutions LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using Talzim, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. These terms apply to all visitors, trial users, and paying customers.

Billing for paid plans is governed by our Refund Policy.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of the organization you represent. By creating a company workspace, you confirm that you have authority to upload company and employee data and to invite team members on the company’s behalf.

3. Your Account

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and company profile.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • Workspace owners are responsible for the actions of users they invite to their workspace.

4. Acceptable Use

Business use only

Talzim is for legitimate workforce-compliance use by the organization that owns the workspace. You may not resell, scrape, or systematically extract data from the service.

Prohibited content

You may not upload illegal, harmful or inappropriate content, or any document you are not authorized to process. We reserve the right to remove violating content and suspend accounts.

No misuse

You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, bypass tenant isolation, or use the service in any way that could damage or impair it.

5. Intellectual Property

Talzim and its original content, features and functionality are owned by us and protected by international copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the company and employee data you upload, and you grant us a limited licence to store and process it solely to provide the service to you.

6. Limitation of Liability

Talzim is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Talzim supports compliance operations and does not replace legal, payroll, bank or government advice. Talzim is not a MoHRE, ICP, GDRFA or WPS submission portal. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination your right to use the service will cease immediately. Workspace owners may also request account closure and data deletion by contacting us.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The courts of Sharjah, UAE shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
